Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos Recipe

These Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos are full of flavor and ready in 20 minutes. The shrimp are marinated in a zesty chili lime sauce before being cooked quickly in a skillet. Serve in warm tortillas topped with sliced avocado, diced red onion, and cilantro.

Instructions

  • Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Toss the shrimp with half of the marinade in a large mixing bowl.
  • Allow for a 10-minute marinade.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Distribute the shrimp evenly among the tortillas.
  • Avocado, red onion, and cilantro should be on top.
  • Drizzle the remaining marinade over the top and serve with lime wedges.
