Instructions

  • Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Set the steak aside after removing it from the skillet.
  • Cook until the corn kernels are lightly charred, about 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate skillet or microwave, warm the tortillas.
  • Divide steak among tortillas and top with corn, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to make tacos.
  • With lime wedges on the side, serve.
