Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine the cooked brown rice, black beans, corn, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Distribute the mixture evenly among the four tortillas, putting some in the center of each.
  • Fold the tortilla's sides inward, then tightly roll the tortilla to form a burrito.
  • Bake the burritos for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and the tortillas are slightly crispy, on a baking sheet.
  • Remove the burritos from the oven and set aside for a few minutes to cool before serving.
