Instructions

  • Cook until the ground beef is browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spoon.
  • Cook the mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper in the skillet until they are soft.
  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to combine.
  • Reduce the heat to low and allow the beef mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) while the beef mixture is simmering.
  • Heat the taco shells in the oven for 5 minutes on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon the beef mixture into the taco shells and top with shredded cheese and cilantro to assemble the tacos.
  • Serve the tacos immediately and enjoy.
