Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup beer
- 1 lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions
- Combine the flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk together the beer and egg in a separate shallow dish.
- Dip the fish fillets in flour, then in beer, and then back in flour.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
- Cook until the fish fillets are golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a dry skillet or over an open flame, warm the tortillas.
- Mash the avocados in a bowl with a fork or potato masher to make the guacamole.
- Combine the pomegranate seeds, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
- Stir until thoroughly combined.
